First painting of 2010

Painting was a big part of my life ten years ago. I painted everyday and looked forward to picking up a brush to create my dreams and visions.

Then I started to work in creative, and dropped the hobby like a hot potato. In design, every artistic decision is rationalized, scruitinized. Design is a long and often times tedious process of creative problem solving.

My first painting of 2010 is called “Conflicted Harmony” – this is how I feel about my career in the last eight years.
